Pain Resources Network offers healthcare administrators and clinicians a series of pain management products and services that enable them to provide reliable pain and palliative care to patients and their families. Ready-to-use assessment and educational tools help both the professional and non-professional practitioner to diagnose and treat a patient’s pain and its associated symptoms accurately and with confidence.

Expert InSite teamed with JMN Publications, Pixel Publishing, and Sitesbyjohn to deliver an informational web site and online order system. JMN Publications provided site content, Pixel Publishing delivered the initial layout and graphical content, and Sitesbyjohn assisted with the site development effort.

Glassfilm Enterprises, Inc.

GlassFilm Enterprises is a sales and distribution office representing a variety of film applications that enhance the appearance of glass in commercial and residential settings. Founder and President, Jay Frolick, has sold these products to major corporations, building owners, and high-end residences for more than twenty-five years.

Expert InSite worked with Mr. Frolick's design team to transform their vision of the Glassfilm corporate image from a print ready concept into functional and easy to navigate web site.

American Period Design

American Period Design makes hand-crafted mantels, designed to recreate the warmth of an earlier time. Each piece is suitable for restoring or furnishing a house constructed during the mid-eighteenth century to the early nineteenth century, and is equally successful in adding historic ambiance to a new home.

Kate Duffy Associates

Kate Duffy Associates is in the business of executive and business coaching. KDA works with business executives and their teams to establish functional environments for getting things done.

KDA initially contracted Expert InSite to clean up a few inconsistencies on their web site and later signed us on to perform regular web site maintenance and monitoring.

Baskets Abound

Baskets Abound was in between rounds of web site redesign efforts when they contracted Expert InSite to perform a web usability inspection. Expert InSite identified a few critical issues and worked with the Baskets Abound web design team to design easy to use solutions to the problems.

Following the site redesign effort, Expert InSite was contracted to drive web surfers looking for gourmet gift baskets to the Baskets Abound web site through a search engine pay-per-click ad campaign.

JMN Publications

The Expert InSite and JMN Publications teams met during a collaborative re-design effort for a mutual client. Upon completion of the re-design work for the shared client, Jan Nargi, President of JMN Publications, hired Expert InSite to work on www.jmnpublications.com.

Expert InSite acted as project manager for the JMN Publications web site design project and coordinated the efforts of both Pixel Publishing and NH Insights, Inc. By working through sub-contractors and using each teams' strengths, we were able to save JMN Publications a considerable amount of time, frustration, and money.

Golf 101: Student Reference Manual

Mr. Kress authored an instructional golf manual in 1995 and integrated it into a community golf program for local children. Once Mr. Kress saw how well the students responded to the text, he tried to reach a larger audience by selling his book online.

The www.Bogey-to-Birdie.com web site was initially the result of hard work and careful thought by Mr. Kress and a few close friends. Following months of very low traffic and equally low sales, Mr. Kress was referred to Expert InSite.

World Class Publications implemented Expert InSite's recommendations and shortly thereafter received an order for 7,500 custom branded Golf 101 Reference Manuals from a non-profit organization involved with introducing the game of golf to inner-city youths. Expert InSite can't claim all the credit for this significant book contract, but our efforts to create a more professional atmosphere and clearer presentation of the site's content surely played a role in this sale.

Golf-Hypnosis

The Bedford Empowerment Center (BEC) hired Expert InSite to figure out why their Golf Enhancement Seminar audio CD was not selling. The BEC web site had a steady stream of visitors surfing in every time a new press release was issued or a new article about the product was printed. The conversion of casual visitors into buyers was very low. BEC had explored a few other avenues and thrown a lot of money at the problem with minimal results.

Expert InSite was initially hired to perform a simple home page review and two user-profile walkthroughs. The home page review revealed that the site was cosmetically sound, but lacking in the areas of both user-centered and credibility building content. The user-profile walkthroughs inspected the site at a deeper level and supported the findings of the home page review.

Many simple changes that would resolve the content and credibility issues were presented to the BEC following the initial inspection, but the BEC didn't want to risk falling short again. The BEC asked Expert InSite to work with their designer to rebuild the site from the ground up.

Expert InSite facilitated a collaborative paper prototyping session that resulted in the foundation for the new and improved www.golf-hypnosis.com Web site.

V-Spectrum

V-Spectrum designs and manufactures point-to-point digital radio links for last mile broadband access. V-Spectrum is a relatively young company and in need of an online presence that expresses their professional and technically competent culture.

Rather than hire an outside web design company, V-Spectrum chose to perform their web development work in-house and consult with an external usability firm. The choice to develop internally and work with Expert InSite interactively kept costs down, allowed the company to proceed at its own pace, and ensured that the end product was appropriate for the target audience.

Although working with part-time web developers is challenging to say the least, the open-minded perspective of V-Spectrum's Engineer-turned-Web Developer created a creatively charged atmosphere that was well worth the challenge for all parties involved.

Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce

The Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce (MWCoC) serves the core communities of Acton, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Littleton, Maynard, Stow and Westford, and has additional members in 28 other communities throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Expert InSite is supporting the MWCoC in their effort to cost-effectively upgrade their online presence to a more user-friendly and accessible interface. Our work with the Chamber will help them identify what aspects of the existing chamber web site members currently value. Expert InSite will then work to enhance the functionality of the high value regions while simplifying the necessary user-interaction.
