Mission Statement

Expert InSite's mission is to simplify the transfer of information between technology products (software, WWW, devices) and their users. Our vision is a world full of technology that is usable by all, where intended content and functionality is delivered and received without barriers. We strive to make our customers' products intuitive and effective by using accepted usability and accessibility assessment techniques. Expert InSite encourages the design of usable web and software interfaces that are accessible for all people, regardless of experience, age, locale, and ability.

Our Qualifications

Founded in February of 2002, Expert InSite has quickly earned the reputation as a respected usability and accessibility consulting firm. Expert InSite's focus is on enhancing relationships and communication channels between small businesses and their customers through the creation of usable and consistent interfaces.

Chris McFarlane, Sr. Usability and Accessibility Consultant and co-founder, has been developing user-centered interfaces for eight years. Mr. McFarlane earned his Master of Science in the Human Factors of Information Design (MSHFID) from Bentley College in 2002. His formal training in user-centered interface design, usability assessment, user-experience, and information architecture at Bentley College's Human Factors program makes him a valuable resource for your user-centered business system design. Mr. McFarlane is an active member of the Association for Computing Machinery and the Usability Professionals' Association.
